Account or technical help

Include the email address on your account, the wedding link and a short description of what happened. Please do not send your password.

Report a photo or video

To request review or removal, send the wedding link, the file name or a description, and why it should be removed. We'll investigate as quickly as we can.

Do not download, screenshot or send suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal sexual imagery. Send only its location and a non-graphic description. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.

Send a removal request
